Dr. Thigpen and his team did an amazing job on my procedure. He’s honest, caring, and a true master at his craft. Not only was Dr. Thigpen amazing but so was his staff they all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were friendly and easy to talk to and truly care about the work they do.
Dr Thigpen has given me his whole hearted dedication and support through a very difficult process caused by someone else. Dr Thigpen will be helping fix the problems with upcoming oral surgery. I trust him impeccably.
Perfect from start to finish. This is an unusual office because every member of the team is professional, knows the process and business, friendly and understanding. Being a chicken when it comes to dental issues they helped me to have a stress free visit.
Dr. Thigpen and his staff are super nice and very professional. I remember bringing my son ack a few years back and having a wonderful experience. When it was time to choose a specialist for my dental care, I had to visit Dr. Thigpen. He was able to do an implant successfully and I had a very quick recovery. I definitely recommend Dr. Thigpen.
Dr. Thigpen and staff are Excellent! Very professional & caring office. Dr. Thigpen took time to explain the procedure in detail making my son comfortable with having his wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff is welcoming with smiling faces and made it a wonderful experience!

Always explained procedures and copays, no surprises. Met with office manager outlining procedure steps and financial responsibilities at very beginning after first visit and meeting with MD. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Nurse thoroughly explained steps before operation.
Dr. Jack Thigpen III, DMD and his staff are first class. Everybody is so professional. Dr. Thigpen truly cares about his patients. I hope anybody who reads this review will NEVER require an implant. But, if you do, please consider Dr. Thigpen.
