Christian conducted diagnostic tests on my home electrical system to determine the cause of recent “brown outs”. His results were non conclusive to the exact cause but he encouraged me to get back to Center Point to have them do a more thorough diagnosis of their electrical supply than they had conducted initially. He volunteered to call Center Point and was successful in getting them to agree to return to conduct a more thorough review of the quality of their supply before we made any down stream repairs.
