Verified Renter parking situation here suck. When the gates are fixed ( and that is almost never ) residents are made to use an app to open the gate and the app takes forever to load, if it even works in the first place. Also the towing here is Horrible. The amenities are nice but no one ever uses them and even though they are supposed to be opened hours, management will randomly lock them after office hours without notice.

Verified Renter The leasing office is kind of hard to reach, but once you get a hold of them they are very helpful. So far, I have no major complaints. The building is usuallynice and clean.

Verified Renter Living here has been great for the past 3 years - the only exception is that my apartment is on the side of the construction and that has been a nuisance.

Verified Renter Apartment is of great value and close to plenty of fast food and local stores. Maintenance requests get done in a timely manner which is a plus. One end of the garage gate is always having technical difficulties which is annoying but thankfully there’s another entrance on the opposite side and unlike most apts in Dallas, at least ours is a covered parking garage with limited access unless you are a resident.
