DO Not Live Here West Love was a decent property at one point. Unfortunately, new ownership, new management, and particularly a new GM (Leo) have made this place absolutely unlivable. They try and sell it on its amenities.....they're never open. They try and sell it on their amenities......they charge extra for them, despite, they're never open. BEAUTIFUL affordable SAFE, QUIET place to live My son had lived here for 6 months! JWL is a quiet, friendly, and clean upscale apartment building. He’s had one issue with gates and they were fixed quickly. It’s safe and the gathering areas for tenants is always clean and in working order. The privacy is awesome... Parking is in a covered garage so no one can come to your door unless you let them in per your phone electronically. Horrible Living Experience I regretfully live at the new property on Mockingbird Jefferson West Love and I strongly advise against it. ZRS Property Management is a a joke. Break-ins happen, the gates are constantly broken open, management lies about pricing and amenities, then they move you into poorly damaged, poorly constructed units. It takes months to address maintenance concerns and they do not appropriately address safety and security concerns. This has been a horrible experience.
