NIGHTMARE OF A RESIDENCE Please beware of moving here!!! First of all, you can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing. I submitted multiple complaints to the front office regarding the noise along with video evidence and nothing ended up being done about it. It literally took the ice storm in February of 2021 for anything to happen about my situation, and that’s because my unit, along with multiple other units, completely flooded during this time. poor service from management Maintenance was never sent out to fix my water leak and I’ve been waiting for almost a week. Door hinges in closet came unloose and the parking garage app does not work at all. Move somewhere else if you value your peace of mind and your hard-earned money. This place is NOT worth it.

Verified Renter Living at West Love has been amazing. The transition from my old apartment to this one was seamless. West Love made it super simple to sign a lease and the management team is always able to answer any questions or concerns I have. The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet. I would recommend this to anyone moving to Dallas. It is also close to a lot of exciting things, and great restaurants.

If you care about your money, avoid West Love and Bell Partners at all costs If you care about your money, avoid West Love and Bell Partners AT ALL COSTS. Since Bell Partners took over managing West Love, living here has been a nightmare. I had at least 20 separate recordings of my upstairs neighbor basically tap dancing in heels while I’m working from home and even in the middle of the night. Verified Renter The walls are thin. Hear neighbors walking, talking, coughing, fighting, and you can guess the rest. There arent many connections to this community. Exterior carpets need cleaning. Constant movement of residents and UPS/FedEx trucks blocks accessibility to the garage. Havent met the Property Manager and she/he hasnt ever signed an email with his/her name.
