I toured first with my daughter, then my son and daughter-in-law toured and enjoyed lunch there. We were all impressed with West Park and feel it would be perfect for me. Although it’s a bit above my price range, we are trying to find a way that I could afford it.

West Park was an excellent choice for us. My Sister was happy there and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. If there ever comes a time that we need Assisted Living we would definitely choose West Park. Kudos to all the staff.

My mom is a resident here and everytime I come and visit not only is the staff welcoming and happy but so are the residents. It’s so nice to see that in a senior community! Thank you for being a place residents are ‘happy’ to call home. As a daughter it gives me such peace of mind.

The staff and administrators are friendly and accommodating. They have regular meetings with residents for suggestions on how to manage the facility better. The facility itself is clean and well kept. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I've made friends from the very first day. I love the balcony views and the fact that the building houses independent tenants as well as residents that need assistance. The apartments are reasonably priced which is a big plus for me.

Although the place is very nice. I am looking for a smaller community environment. This is not a place I can see my mom in, it's very large with many stories. It is very nice though.

More staff is needed for maintenance for prompt repairs I love all the caregivers and housekeepers The cafeteria staff are great and the food is good
