Atria Rancho went above and beyond to help my husband's brother surmount hurdles to move to to an independent living apartment. We are 2000 miles away and needed to make decisions from a distance. Atria Rancho Park in San Dimas, has been a soft place to land after selling my home. I needed temporary housing and was welcomed with open arms. Very happy to know COVID-19 standards are enforced. It was safe to join the community, and continuous monitoring will keep everyone safe and healthy. All the staff are very professional and eager too help with whatever I've asked. I have been here for 4 years. I came to Atria Rancho Park because the house was too big for me. I got tired of all the up keep and wanted a place so I can doing the things I enjoy like needlepoint. I love it here because I don't have to do the cooking, cleaning or laundry. Also the staff is great. I am very continent

I have been here 1 year. I was prepared not to like it because I wanted to stay in my own home. Within a few month, I realized how bad I was living at home alone. I was not eating, cleaning or really taking care of myself like I should. I have learned to appreciate Atria Rancho Park. I have made many good friends that I neve would have met and that is a gift.

I didn't like it at first. I left my house of 39 years that I shared with my late husband. Now I have friends that I did not have before and I don't feel isolated. When COVID hit I am not sure what I would have done. Atria Rancho Park has kept us safe. We have meals so we don't have to go to the store and the staff is going that extra mile.

I have been here 10 years. I came to liv here because I was living with relatives and they moved out of the area. At that time my Aunt and Uncle wee living here and enjoyed it. I like the meals and service. I have made many friends and it is fun to live here. When COVID hit, Atria Rancho Park did everything in their power to keeps us safe and is still watching over us. I would recommend Atria Rancho Pak to anyone.

Atria presents very well. Large, clean, and open areas. The eating area is nice with lots of variety on the menu. Daily activities and and other specialty rooms are nice. Outdoor areas are nice too. Rooms are a little small but closets and bathroom areas are nice and large.

I don't have any serious complaints, nor do I have any raving accolades. Therefore I have averaged my rating as a 5 star for service staff and a 0-1 star for management. I have found that the service staff, those who actually interact with the residents (i.e. dining room servers, maintenance, housekeeping, health aids, etc.), are much better at their job than those who are managing the facility (i.e., administrative staff, sales staff, etc.). 1.
