The community is nice and we enjoy it here. There is nothing that stands out to me to complain about it. The food has a good variety. They have bingo, exercise calls, Wii bowling, and some other activities available. I wish they had a few more; however, the pandemic has stopped some of these. I like the layout of the building, and on both sides of the community they have a floor to ceiling window with great views. It makes it feels bigger than it is due to the views and windows. We chose Atria Rancho Park because what you get for the price. She is in non assisted and they were able to provide what she needed. The apartment sizes here are good. They have been really good with communication, they have opened up an app and they put the information in there. If they take her temp or anything like that, it shows up there and has bulletins with anything going on. I am not sure how it is on the inside, but it seems to be a good fit for her. I would recommend to others looking.
Be careful if you really need help with little medical services you might not be able to do for yourself due to hand dexterity. Maybe question them more about what they can or cannot do. I wish I had done so. But when I push the button for assistance, they are quick to arrive. I would have had a fall the other day had I not been able to have assistance. The community is very affordable, and the community is very good with communications with the residence and the families. My mom loves the food and they have done a great job keeping the residence engaged. The staff has a really caring approach to the residence. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The community has beautiful grounds and amazing staff. The food was very good before covid but is not as good now. They clean their rooms once a week and change their linens I would recommend this community to others.

Atria Rancho went above and beyond to help my husband's brother surmount hurdles to move to to an independent living apartment. We are 2000 miles away and needed to make decisions from a distance. [name removed] and staff exceeded what might be normally expected of their roles, from availability on the phone, to recommendations when a crisis arose prior to moving, to coordination with the doctor, and transport on the day of the move. Atria Rancho Park in San Dimas, has been a soft place to land after selling my home. I needed temporary housing and was welcomed with open arms. Very happy to know COVID-19 standards are enforced. It was safe to join the community, and continuous monitoring will keep everyone safe and healthy. All the staff are very professional and eager too help with whatever I've asked. I have been here for 4 years. I came to Atria Rancho Park because the house was too big for me. I got tired of all the up keep and wanted a place so I can doing the things I enjoy like needlepoint. I love it here because I don't have to do the cooking, cleaning or laundry. Also the staff is great. I am very continent
