It is something to check out. The friendliness of the residents and staff stand out. Other residents always have something positive to say about the community. The staff are accommodating for the residents and families.

Multi-story building; advanced services; one-bedroom complexes with two baths and two closest. Base costs is around $4000/mos for both. Has a dog park on property; balconies and patios. Can take care of dad.

The community was on Covid lockdown when we moved in, so thee were no activities at the time. But the staff did what they could to raise resident morale. One day my loved one called me and said somebody was blasting loud music in the hallway, things like Frankie Valens and Frank Sinatra. I imagine they were doing that for the residents, which was neat. I did not have a chance to try the food, but it smelled delicious. The community is nice and we enjoy it here. There is nothing that stands out to me to complain about it. The food has a good variety. They have bingo, exercise calls, Wii bowling, and some other activities available. I wish they had a few more; however, the pandemic has stopped some of these. I like the layout of the building, and on both sides of the community they have a floor to ceiling window with great views. It makes it feels bigger than it is due to the views and windows. We chose Atria Rancho Park because what you get for the price. She is in non assisted and they were able to provide what she needed. The apartment sizes here are good. They have been really good with communication, they have opened up an app and they put the information in there. If they take her temp or anything like that, it shows up there and has bulletins with anything going on. I am not sure how it is on the inside, but it seems to be a good fit for her. I would recommend to others looking.

Be careful if you really need help with little medical services you might not be able to do for yourself due to hand dexterity. Maybe question them more about what they can or cannot do. I wish I had done so. But when I push the button for assistance, they are quick to arrive. I would have had a fall the other day had I not been able to have assistance. I liked it a lot more before we were in our rooms all the time, but I do appreciate that they were very careful about Covid and keeping us healthy. We all had our vaccines an... read more

The community is very affordable, and the community is very good with communications with the residence and the families. My mom loves the food and they have done a great job keeping the residence engaged. The staff has a really caring approach to the residence. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The community has beautiful grounds and amazing staff. The food was very good before covid but is not as good now. They clean their rooms once a week and change their linens I would recommend this community to others.

Location, Location, Location! It is a great place for your loved one. The food is awesome. The staff at Atria Rancho Park were very professional. The staff was able to respond right away to any questions or concerns about my loved one.
