They've been great to me and great to my mom. They're attentive; they'll call me if any issues come up. I feel that she's adjusting well there.

The tour itself was fine. It was just an older facility. And another place we chose just seemed a little more homey.

I have read many people say that they were sold and the price went up. That is not true. Atria was the company that raised the price. It is my understanding that some of the residents got a 13% raise. I have been asking around about [facility name removed] and according to a friend of mine who has had her mom at a [facility name removed] property for awhile, their average raise is about 5%-7% not the crazy 10%-13% at [facility name removed].

This is a good fit for an active individual that needs seems some assistance. The staff are friendly. The food has plenty of variety. The quality of food is okay. There are activities available for the residents to participate in.

They've been pretty good, but they were recently sold and prices are going up considerably. But it's a good place overall, and my loved one has been happy there. The staff are very friendly, although sometimes they don't do what you ask them to do. The food is excellent, and activities are good as well.

We chose Atria Rancho Park because it was in their price range and everyone was very friendly. It is also in a great location for family and that has worked out wonderfully. They are changing ownership in January and the prices are going up. My in-laws think the food is great, but the service is not so great. It is a big family - like atmosphere here, everyone knows everyone by name. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Atria is a really warm community, the young staff is just adorable in the way they not only treat the residents but also the visiting families. The residents are always coming up to us introducing themselves and striking up conversations. Our loved one attends the stretching classes and choir classes. She has not complained about one thing as of yet, it has surpassed all expectations. It just goes above and beyond 5 stars, we have such a great feeling knowing our mom is content where she is.
