Losing an animal in your care is bad enough, but blaming it on the owner when you're clearly responsible shows lack of ownership and dishonesty.
I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to bring your dogs here. They tried to blame my husband for leaving her In a room when they told us we could only have one person. We asked her if it was okay if he could bring me home and he'd be right back. They said that was fine. My husband gets back to the clinic and they say they LOST MY DOG!!! Vets are fine, it's the other staff that's the problem.
Do not sign up for their paw plan. Bad accounting these people are thieves
