I should have read the reviews before wasting hours for what could have been a 30 minute appointment. The worst part was realizing my dog must have sat alone in a room for an hour wondering what was happening to him.

I do not recommend this place. They don’t care about your time. They make me wait more than 40 min after my appointment. No one came to say anything. It is not free remember that I pay for your service. Be respectful with people time that is why we make appointment with a week of anticipation. Worst service ever I can not imagen what they do to your pet inside.

This vet told us our 2 year old golden retriever has bone cancer. Got 2 other options and that is not the case. Don’t go here. Save yourself the heartache.

We were quoted $770 to get our cat fixed. (Constipated) We wasted $175 between office visit, X-rays, fluids and to walk out with our cat still not feeling well. No compassion and rude comments like “I’m guess you will go somewhere else to find it cheaper.” Well we did go to cottonwood heights and let me just say they got us in on an emergency visit did everything for $220 that we were quoted for from this clinic including additional fluids and sedation. Out of the awful experience we found an amazing place to go to in cott... read more

I took my puppies to get their tails docked and they did a really messy job, they are standard poodles and supposedly they knew the size they needed to cut, well they ended up with Rottweilers tail. I called several times to speak with the vet and he never call me back. Not professional. I do not recommend them. Really bad service!

I have been going there for a couple of years and I love Dr. Kim and Dr Tom but the front desk is horrible. There is always a long wait which is hard with two big dogs. I understand that not every appt will be fast and on time but every time is ridiculous. When you call and need to ask the Dr to fill a prescription they don't get back to you in a timely manner. I have had horrible experiences the last 2 visits and I will not be returning. My whole family goes there and I will advise them and everyone to go elsewhere.

First impressions are very important. I had and appointment at 5 on Wednesday so I showed up at 4:45. Finally around 5:50 with hearing nothing I finally left. I never heard anything after that. You definitely lost a customer. Also the parking lot is a joke.

My dog is scared to death of the vet and Dr. Shaw had her eating out of her hand. This was the first time I have ever left the vet without her being traumatized.
