I had the most horrible experience yesterday. I had to put my mini dachshund down. I made an appointment, but was there an hour and a half. Someone came in and tried getting me to spend $577 for all these other services. I opted for the “cheaper” $200!! I couldn’t believe it! I have been going there for a couple of years and I love Dr. Kim and Dr Tom but the front desk is horrible. There is always a long wait which is hard with two big dogs. I understand that not every appt will be fast and on time but every time is ridiculous. When you call and need to ask the Dr to fill a prescription they don't get back to you in a timely manner. I have had horrible experiences the last 2 visits and I will not be returning. My whole family goes there and I will advise them and everyone to go elsewhere.

They lost our cat's whole file. It was less then a hour from when we made the appointment to the appointment. It couldn't have disappeared. They were irritated about it but it wasn't our fault. They didn't wanna take her back until they found the file. They know how my cat is, we have been there before. She's a nervous wreck. They finally did take her back but never found her file.
