Losing an animal in your care is bad enough, but blaming it on the owner when you're clearly responsible shows lack of ownership and dishonesty.

Business response:

We appreciate your concern for this situation, however, we cannot identify you as an actual client at our practice. Please know that the safety and well-being of all our patients is our utmost priority but due to client confidentiality, we will only be discussing matters of this situation with the actual client. Thank you.

I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to bring your dogs here. They tried to blame my husband for leaving her In a room when they told us we could only have one person. We asked her if it was okay if he could bring me home and he'd be right back. They said that was fine. My husband gets back to the clinic and they say they LOST MY DOG!!! ONE SAYS, she went out the back door. The other lady says, she jumped out a window. She said supposedly the nurse thought she was hot and left the window cracked for her, she came back and she was gon... read more

Business response:

Unfortunately this is not at all what happened today. Your dog was left unattended in the room by your husband, knowing she was anxious. Our technician did crack open a window with a safety bar in place because she was scared and panting. Seeing your husband in the parking lot, your dog pushed the window open, broke the screen, and escaped. Our clinic does not do drop offs and does not allow owners to leave their pets without being present in the room or parking lot. Half of our staff searched for your dog on foot and in veh... read more

Do not sign up for their paw plan. Bad accounting these people are thieves

Business response:

Respectfully, our staff went through your entire accounting ledger with you to show where you had missed payments for your paw plan and why there was a past due balance. Our front desk also said that they would be happy to view the bank records that you mentioned to determine if there was a discrepancy. Lastly, our hospital manager was kind enough to remove your last paw payment, which was in status to go to collections. We hope you find a clinic to better meet your needs and wish you the best of luck in the future.
