Zero stars, I paid for a full year because I could hear something in the attic, they guarantee me that they do attics and that they are very competent.On top of missed appointments as no shows on their end.Called several times to about the attic.They only went up in the attic once, due to not having a ladder tall enough. Which made very unhappy.I called several times to remind them to have the appropriate ladder, but then again they were no show. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORKIN. I have called Orkin seven times they will not give me their corporate office phone number they will not give me their regional office phone number they have charged me with services that they never did. They keep passing me around to different people they keep promising me that they will call me back. They keep telling me these charges will be off of my invoice and none of this has been done do not do services with Orkin.

Orkin was by far the worst company *** ever dealt with. I had a mouse infestation. When I called, they said they were setting me up with a monthly plan and laid out the costs, which were expensive but I agreed to. Turns out they only set me up for a quarterly plan, so theyd only come out 4 times a year. All they did was set up a few mouse traps, sprayed for bugs and left. Their traps caught one mouse. Orkins managers and technicians are not honesty. They serviced my attic for ***** told me that it's a guarantee that the bats would not come back. After 1 year the bats came back and I was told I have to pay to have the service redone and it would cost another *****. This is not a service industry. They're not honest and are taking customers money. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE...

We live in a condominium and most of the people that live here are senior citizens. There were termites found in a neighbor's house. He recommended to my mother to have the house checked out. The ***** representative found termites and quoted her a price but then said he would inspect their entire home for any other pests. He inspected the attic about the garage and came back and showed her a picture saying that we had baby mice up there that was eating through our insulation. Called Orkin in ************ to take care of a spider problem. They checked our attic and told me we had a rodent infestation and that I needed to remove the insulation and then they would put new in all for the price of $10K. I knew that didn't sound right. I called two other companies that told me we do not have a rodent infestation. Later to do a quick ****** search and find that this is their go to method. My service technician GP was terrific, the ant pest problem improved but is not gone after over a year. However, the billing department over bills beyond the contracted amount. I had easy pay set up for over a year for a same monthly fee. But each time I called the ***** number to change the technician's visit day, the automated system would say "You have an unpaid balance." ***** billed above and beyond the contracted easy pay but never ever alerted me. Takes money and does not provide services. ***** to rip off customers. Have not refunded money that I am due. Two incidents happened In May 2024. Orkin came for a termite inspection as they had for the past 34 years. I was told I had a serious termite problem. The inspector called in for treatment, he was told there was no contract, even though he was there for an inspection. I was told it would cost $1,100 a month for treatment, which I refused. When I told them Terminix could do the job for 4 thousand they said they would do it for 3 grand. We decided to go with them because of that. Just got the bill and it's almost $6,000.00. BE CAREFUL DON'T TRUST THEM
