This business give false hope. I was told that the problem would be solved after paying $2600 to get the insulation, they told me that they would retrieve the mouse traps if any were caught and would also come out every 6 months, which did not happen. Their promise was not kept.

TERRIBLE. No other word to describe our experience with Orkin. From the second I made the first phone call down to the last phone call to cancel service. Starting off, calling the phone number listed for the branch closest to our home I was transferred to a call center unbeknownst to me. During that phone call we were "scheduled" for our first inspection and service. After 2 hours of waiting during the allotted time frame we were given, no one showed. I would have given a 1, but the lady was nice finally on the last time I called and they are refunding all the money. If not received I will come back and change this.

This service is absolutely horrible. Cant get anything right. Have had problems from the very beginning. From days of service to actually coming to home. Never had same tech twice had to repeat everything thing over with every visit one dig bat said Im here for your ant problem. I was like ants its a rodent problem. Never got the days of service correct could only do Saturday of the end of the month and the dummies were coming during the week or better yet said they were here were never in my home and want me to pay for serv... read more

Scheduled our 1st service with Orkin for ant control and no one showed up on time. Finally a technician called after our scheduled time and said hed be late. Im cancelling our one year agreement I signed this morning trusting this company would send someone at the scheduled time. I also canceled the appointment.

Paid $581 for bee removal from Canal. Critter Control of Albuquerque came out twice for 45 minutes to apply Delta Dust. Bee colony increased and had to get another company to address the problem and correct problems created by Critter Control. Am requesting a partial refund, and acknowledgement that bee removal is not what they do.

Do not hire Critter Control of Phoenix who is owned by Rollins, Inc. I was price gouged outrageously for their services. I am a single woman living alone. I paid triple the cost for gassing out kangaroo mice in **. Then had a bird issue and was again charged outrageous amount for "repairs". ***** on this company!

Ive had 2 inspections scheduled within ***** and both were a no show. The first time I received a call hours after they were to be here with an excuse they could have easily called to reschedule and the second time, a complete no show. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend

Im not saying that their chemicals dont work. Im sure they do. My biggest complaint about this company is that we told them we have a baby in the house and they assured us that everything would be safe after drying. A man shows up and we tell him to avoid all of the baby areas the best that he could. He proceeds to walk around the house and sprays all around her toys and even around her milk bottles that were drying by the windowsill.
