I'm very upset with Orkin and how they treated my 80 year old mother. My mothers condo is ***** sq ft and occasionally she sees very small ants in the summer so she reached out to ***** for to spray around her home. The person from the company sold her a monthly service for $50+ per month. That is stealing if you ask me. ***** sold us on pest control. I was doing this all for my grandmothers house. He said we could cancel anytime and we signed the paperwork on an iPad which I'm sure you can imagine is a lot of signatures for paperwork. I said as long as I can cancel after some time, just to get the pest gone for now. We agreed upon the monthly charge rates. They took my mother's money. They found that the mice were coming in around the radiator pipes. They only fixed 2/4 radiators. The technician was rude to my elderly mother. I called but the manager did not call back and when I called again was unavaible. They would not answer her questions about safety for her pet. They refused to send a different technician.

I called orkin to discuss my service and a lady named ***** answered and was very rude and unprofessional. She was not very helpful when I asked if she could explain why my account has not been updated in terms of monthly payments.
