RecommendedWe’ve been to Westford before with actual emergencies and have always been satisfied. Today one our fur babies needed to see their new cardiologist Dr. Laste. She was wonderful. She was personable and attentive and fully explained everything to us. Even our pretty kitty paid attention she was calm and didn’t make a peep👍🏻👍🏻
I wish I could remember the vet and techs name that worked the overnight. I've never been good with names, but I saw them at about 3 am. My little dog Roxy was in kidney failure and bleeding from her nose because of an unrelated issue, and I had to euthanize her. I didn't want her to have to suffer until the morning so i brought her there even though I'm a tech and wanted her Doctor to see her. Very nice, organized, did what they said would happen. Office visit flat rate, then followed up w estimate as promised. I thought It was realistic and did what my 1st born needed. Leo is doing fine at home w meds and rest..thank you all for being so kind and gentle. Glad to have you so close to home, but hope to never see you again�
The people at the clinic were very helpful and excellent about communicating with me. I had regular reports specifying how my cat was doing. The only complaint I have is I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment with the Internal Medicine doctor. The person at the desk didn't even seem to realize that the appointment was that far over due until I brought it to her attention
Absolutely fantastic staff! Doctor Bruno Massat did an amazing job with my dog! He reconstructed my dogs lip because he was found to have the first stage of skin cancer on his lip. He's in recovery now, and is healing wonderfully! The staff is super friendly, and they are there to make sure your pet gets home to you. I was worried sick, but fortunatly my pup was in great hands! I can't thank them enough!
