Dr Estrin and the staff are amazing. Dr Estrin is caring and highly regarded by regular vets. Our vet calls him the Macgyver of veterinarians. He is very knowledgeable and takes time with you, often calling to keep you informed. And, the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend if you need specialty care for your pet!
Visited today for a consult with Dr. Massat and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He has a great way of describing things without being overly technical so you can understand them. I would definitely go back. The only con is I felt a little taken advantage of with their pricing for x-rays, they’re literally twice as expensive as our regular vets office
Westford Emergency & Referral was a warm, supportive and thorough environment to handle my elderly dog’s sudden injury. I was presented with all available options without judgment and when we opted for surgery we were blown away by Dr. Massat and his surgical team. They are truly talented folks were supportive and flexible as we navigated a long road to recovery for our beloved pet. My dog broke his leg the evening of a bad snowstorm. His normal vet was closed due to weather, and their message recommended Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center. I could not be happier with the level of care and service my dog received. The staff met me at the door and got to work easing my dog’s pain immediately. They communicated their assessments and recommendations clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
