I was boarding a small animal who was very sick. They took her immediately out back and stabilized her. I was allowed to go out back and see her inthe oxygen tank. She was amazing right to the end! Without the vet and vet techs she wouldnt have held out long enough for her mom to say good bye. Im so grateful they gave her the extra time. I loved the honesty right upfront and the care and time they took to accomodate me calling overseas to get a hold of her family.
W e are so happy to have our dog Lola back to normal. The staff and Dr. Massat were amazing and caring. They walked us through what to expect and how to help Lola with her recovery. She came through the surgery and is back to her playful ways. Highly recommend Westford Veterinary Emergency!

The staff could not have been any nicer! They took good care of our Odin Cat and explained every step along the way. Nothing was done without our prior agreement/approval and now Odin is home. I feel like they treated us like partners in his health care, which was a delightful change from past experiences in larger places. I would highly recommend them.
They saved my dog’s life. She was unresponsive when we found her and when we brought her in, everyone thought she wouldn’t make it an hour, let alone the night. All eyes were on her and I felt as though everyone there was genuinely concerned for my dog’s well being. My girl pulled through and this week marked the one year anniversary of her second chance at life. We still have no idea what caused her intense reaction, which is scary, but she’s alive and that’s all that maters!
The veterinarians and the assistants are great at Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center are amazing. They are very compassionate. The staff did what was needed to make my pooch comfortable even allowing me to be in the room during his procedure to keep him calm. If you need a place to take your beloved pet, I would highly recommend WVERC.
Can’t say enough... they even gave us a follow up call to check on Kya. That was so unexpected and appreciated.
