Worst experience of my life, this place should not be in business and if you care about you animal you should absolutely seek treatment elsewhere. I brought our 5 week old puppy to this “emergency” vet on Wednesday where, not only did this poor puppy with a serious eye injury sit and wait for 5 hours away from her mommy, but we were also mistreated. I don’t feel they were thorough at all with my dog. I paid a lot of money for no answers. What bothered me most was the doc didn’t even bother to call me about test results and a follow up plan.
Poor care given to our dog! Phone calls have been ignored as well as a detailed letter describing our experience at Westford Vet “Emergency clinic” The only thing that matters to the the D’orazio’s is your wallet. If you care about your animal 🛑 DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 🛑
Our vet send our cat here for ultrasound thinking bowel blockage ruled out blockage charged us $1600 said flu sent home with appetite stimulant cat had no bowel movement 4 days rushed back to regular vet who gave laxative and now cat is fine ridiculously overpriced and misdiagnoses asked for partial refund still no response
Took my pug here awhile ago, frantic after her eye had been injured accidentally by my other pug. I was crying, feeling awful. All I have to say is that there was zero compassion, like I had done something wrong, and then told her eye should be removed for 5-6k!!!!! Nope, I went to her normal vet the next day and got antibiotics and her eye was fine. There’s a reason the main vet of this place drives a porche. Never again!
If you want a vet that cares about your animal I do not recommend Westford emergency ! Brought my cat here after being hit by a car and they told me I needed to hand them 1300 before even looking at my cat or doing xrays !! I stated I do not have the money on me at the time and the receptionist rudely replied “you have no one to call to help you , how do you expect us to pay for the supplies we need if your not gunna pay” (which I totally get these things cost money but I just brought my tiny cat in after getting hit by a hu... read more

Horrible!!! Do not recommend going here AT ALL!! Staff lied multiple times, was super rude and highly unprofessional... and tried to over charge me for things they didn’t even do, also refused to call in scripts for my dog at a Walmart instead of me paying $100- for their same meds... which I did end up getting the scripts for $4.00 ea rather then $100.00... I was told “they’re too busy” ... nope... they were upset I wasn’t paying their $92.00 up charge on meds and I was smart enough to ask for scripts... they also only addr... read more
I went to Westford veterinary emergency and care on Saturday evening May 4. I went there at about 10:30 PM. My dog who I admit has heart issues was having what I thought was a breathing problems. She was over anxious and snorting and swallowing air from what I observed. She is a French bulldog a breed who often have problems breathing because of their short snout. To make a long story short after 5 1/2 hours of sitting in the emergency room they sent us home and told us to give her Benadryl because she may have an allergy. T... read more
