My mom had to stay here for 3 months recovering from a broken leg, she is 91 and has the beginnings of dementia. The staff was very kind, patient and helpful, I can't express how grateful I am for the way she was treated. Everyone was compassionate and caring, thank you Westgate staff, you guys are amazing!

Aunt was there for a few years until the end of her life. The staff has always been helpful and kind to my mil & husband & i when visiting except for once. They even let us bring in our pups to see her because my aunt loved our dog, as long as they were vaccinated which they were because we belonged to a dog park that requires them. The other residents really enjoyed our dogs as well. The one time that they were kinda rude was the day my aunt passed away. They offer a nice selection on daily menu items but of the times that I visited my father there, I saw many residents not being moved/turned for HOURS. We made many numerous requests to have my father seated on the toilet BEFORE showering him and they wouldn't, then they complained when he would poop while being showered. Also, they only showered my father once every THREE DAYS. I get that it's a big place with a lot of patients and you have to put them on rotations, but three days? Westgate is one of the cleanest places that I have ever seen. The therapy people were wonderful . They were very caring people. Only one bad thing for me was the food. I thought they could improve that. The staff people were very helpful. They were always keeping the rooms clean and did a great job. Everyone of us he staff and workers were very considerate and helpful.

Great care. My FIL is there post-op for hip break. All the staff have been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Most nursing homes have issues with unpleasant smells, and over worked nursing staff. Westgate does a great job mitigating issues. There are amazing people working here. Shout out to Missy Rodriguez for going over and above.

Had a client living here for many years. She was always treated with dignity and respect. Every time I would go visit they had some kind of function or activity going on for their residents. The front and back off staff were always kind, and informative.

I am just amazed at the heart of those at Westgate Gardens. Navigating care at a large facility is not easy. But, people that care are the driving force at this wonderful facility. Today, Jamie Mudford, in the business office made time to explain how best to deal with a situation that was quickly resolved. She was tremendous! She then escorted me to Alex Lopez, EVS Supervisor, who very quickly fixed a situation with a deft touch. I think this place is the best.
