Westgate is one of the cleanest places that I have ever seen. The therapy people were wonderful . They were very caring people. Only one bad thing for me was the food. I thought they could improve that. The staff people were very helpful. They were always keeping the rooms clean and did a great job. Everyone of us he staff and workers were very considerate and helpful.

Great care. My FIL is there post-op for hip break. All the staff have been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Most nursing homes have issues with unpleasant smells, and over worked nursing staff. Westgate does a great job mitigating issues. There are amazing people working here. Shout out to Missy Rodriguez for going over and above.

Had a client living here for many years. She was always treated with dignity and respect. Every time I would go visit they had some kind of function or activity going on for their residents. The front and back off staff were always kind, and informative.

I am just amazed at the heart of those at Westgate Gardens. Navigating care at a large facility is not easy. But, people that care are the driving force at this wonderful facility. Today, Jamie Mudford, in the business office made time to explain how best to deal with a situation that was quickly resolved. She was tremendous! She then escorted me to Alex Lopez, EVS Supervisor, who very quickly fixed a situation with a deft touch. I think this place is the best.

My sister has been a resident there for 5+ years. She is very well taken care of and treated with respect and dignity. The staff are like family to her and vice versa. Edith is involved in all activities and serves on Resident Council, bringing suggestions and concerns from residents to the attention of administrators and staff. The facility is clean and well maintained and I'm grateful she gets the assistance she needs at Westgate Gardens.

The staff is great, they work as a team and friendly. I am a nurse there and I believe this is the best place to work. I have seen many people come in, get therapy. Then they go home happy

I have had probably the best experience ever at Westgate. I cannot get over how the staff are helpful and how they you know to take care of your needs and they just are amazing. I've been in a lot of rehab facilities here in town, and this one is just amazing at some hands and above some of the others that I can too I would highly recommend it and if I need rehab again for physical therapy or anything, then I absolutely want to recommend Westgate Gardens excellent excellent care ArthaleneRCoulter

If I could give more than 5 stars to this facility, I would. I selected this place for my dad, after reading the online reviews for all the rehab centers in visalia. My dad was at this facility for two weeks for a mild stroke, which required therapy for the left leg and arm. I was amazed at how well this entire facility functioned. The entire staff was nice, friendly, compassionate and very helpful.
