I would recommend. The main drawback (and I think that's at all facilities like this) is always going to be that at times they are understaffed and or some are much more dedicated to that industry than others. Very clean facility and good communication with the management staff when needed. Quite expensive but most are.

Westhill Newnan Crossing is a bright spot when transitioning a loved one to Assisted Living. They make each resident feel special which helps the resident adjust to their new environment. The individual care plans & communication with the family keep everyone on the same page. The facility & staff are top notch. It eases my mind knowing my mom is gettting the care & assistance she needs.
The staff is very caring, food excellent, room is cleaned every week and size is very good. Plenty of room to have sofa, recliner, tv, small table. Excellent care!

Overall experience is very good and staff is great. Only issue has been clothes being laundered on time twice. Food is generally good and room size is good for a single resident.
Administrative staff really nice and caring and there to help. A few aides here and there are not real attentive according to my mother. Overall it is a very good place but I think they all have little issues with the people that look at it as a job and not a calling. That's understandable though.

The community is welcoming, supportive and clean. Staff seem to genuinely care about the residents at least on the memory care side. I visited a number of facilities in the area and I found Westhill to be the best fit. I would certainly recommend it.

All questions answered to our satisfaction . Facilities were clean. Tour was all we needed to see and staff was very knowledgeable. Location was perfect for all of the family. Liked the idea of restaurant style meals and the restaurant set up.

The staff at Westhill are committed each and every day to exceptional care of their tenants. My Dad has been at Westhill for 2 years and frankly, has been spoiled by the nursing staff. They are so attentive to his needs, understand his complicated healthcare requirements, and make him feel loved, cared for and supported. We were looking for an assisted living community for my mother. We liked the community at Westhill but ultimately decided to go elsewhere due to location and earlier availability. We referred to Westhill by A place for Mom and would like to thank them for the referral.
