Westhill Newnan Crossing, Newnan , [name removed] was very welcoming to my 91 yr old mother. The staff were so warm and caring. I knew right away that the facility was going to take care of my mother. I knew my mother would be happy with her room and the activities planned every day. My mother had lived in a Senior Living facility in her hometown a year before COVID. Once Covid hit, she was eating 3 meals in her room. The residents couldn’t socialize. My husband and I felt it was important for my mother to have people to tal... read more

Your review is appreciated. Thank you for your wonderful feedback.
My dad has been there for about 2 months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. He settled in within just a few days, and the staff went out of their way to make him feel welcome—spending extra time with him and ensuring he felt comfortable. The facility is consistently clean, and the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly attentive. They’re always engaging with the residents—whether through organized activities or simply spending time chatting with them. It really feels like a communi... read more

We are overjoyed to hear about your dad's positive experience at Westhill Newnan Crossing. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Beautiful facility that is well maintained; Timely responses to questions/requests. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
The employees are beyond amazing. My mom passed in 2024, and she was cared for with compassion and her needs were met.
Meals are a little challenging at times and not as flexible or diabetic friendly as we'd like. I think quality of care could be a 5, but they do have some challenges with rotating new staff. Their lead nurse is absolutely awesome. The off hours folks are a little more hit or miss. Otherwise, we like the staff, the place is well maintained and reasonably priced for the overall quality. We would recommend it.
The staff is great. The facility is way too expensive. My brother is bedridden and by the time they bring his food it's usually cold.
Initially very friendly and responsive. Has declined a bit. Employees are very friendly. Others hide in office (according to name removed). [Name removed] says everything has gravy and the vegetables are mushy. I haven't tasted. [name removed] doesn't eat all her meals there, doesn't think they do a good job on her laundry, and they haven't repaired her refrigerator which she requested over a week ago. She has had to throw out food twice.
I'd say they have lost a lot of their good CNA's. Very high turnover. New CNA's are not trained properly, they are minimum staffed which causes the caregivers to be overworked and quality of care suffers. Local management hands are tied because "corporate" controls staffing, salary, etc. Corporate is out of state and doesn't see the decline in every aspect of the facility.
