The staff at Westhill are committed each and every day to exceptional care of their tenants. My Dad has been at Westhill for 2 years and frankly, has been spoiled by the nursing staff. They are so attentive to his needs, understand his complicated healthcare requirements, and make him feel loved, cared for and supported. Moving a loved one into assisted living or memory care is always hard but the staff have been very sweet and understanding and have tried to make it an easy transition. I have been pleasantly surprised with how well my dad is doing!! 2 months in and seems very happy!! Very thankful for [name removed]that works in the front lobby: she has been extra helpful!!
My uncle plans to move into Westhill Assisted Living by the end of the month. I toured numerous facilities in the area but ultimately chose Westhill due to the friendliness of both residents and staff, the cleanliness of the community, and the clear, consistent communication from the team. Great place for my 91 year old mother. She has the right amount of assistance she needs while still encouraging her independence. Everyone is great from the initial meet and greet, the staff, med techs, the meals (special shout out), activities and just over all care and concern for residents
Some weeks I'd give it a 4+ some a 2. The higher score is because of warm food, quick friendly service, a newly cleaned apartment, help with shower and my laundry and sensitivity to my physical condition. I don't find the activities interesting on the whole. Why not involve more residents. They've probably got some unusual stories they could share. All the staff are very kind ,excellent service , very clean and beautiful place, they have many activities food is very tasty
We have been very happy with the timely responses we get from all of the staff at Westhill when we have questions about the facility, programs, or my Mother's care. Everyone we've met has been very friendly and engaged, including the chef, that we got to meet during my Mother's move in day. They literally rolled out a red carpet. My family and I highly recommend Westhill if you're looking for a caring and supportive environment for a loved one.
