We moved my mother-in-law out after a few months. Memory care left much to be desired. They got her meds wrong, several times, Not many activities she was bored. Landry lost or clean laundry on floor of closet, I went on early to clean her room while she was eating breakfast to find a man sleeping in her bed. We moved her out. We had high hopes that our dad would receive quality care at Westhill. He has lived there for 3 months and things went from good to bad. The director left a month ago and communication with the "interim" administration is minimal. I finally reached out to the management company after a real scare almost 2 weeks ago, where we almost lost our dad due to some serious issues.
