I am new to the area & trying to find my child a new dentist & the sweet lady that answered the phone was just so kind, even went above and beyond to gather some places that I could contact. We recently relocated to this area and my son's bracket for his overbite repair broke. Initially, I was going scheduled a routine appointment, but the situation became urgent overnight as the broken bracket, with the bottom piece still attached, hindered his ability to eat. Unfortunately, the receptionist(who was 5 stars, because she was trying to help)I contacted said they doctor insisted on a consultation prior to scheduling an emergency appointment, which would have resulted in an undesirable delay.
