My dog got the bladder stones. The Vet saw them on the X-ray when looking for something else. I asked my dog why she didn't say anything about them. She was afraid she would need surgery. Well she had the surgery and was really mad at me. The staff at West Vet have been so kind and supportive though. Everything went well. Things look good now. My dog paid me back with an episode of diarrhea. She is happy now. I am happy. Thank you West Vet.

We took our dog there after a fight with one of our other dogs. Up until this point, our dogs had never been patients at this clinic. The entire staff, especially Dr. Paul, was so amazing from the very first night through the three follow up visits we had. I highly recommend this clinic for after hours care and we have also considered making the switch to this clinic for our regular veterinarian care as well! Thank you so much to all of the staff for the fabulous care you showed our Charlie!

When my pup became ill in the middle of the night I was so happy there was an awesome vet clinic open. The staff and veterinarian were excellent, friendly and competent. The location is convenient for most of Columbus since it's right off 270. My regular veterinarian recommended them for emergencies and I can see why.

Do you have pets you love? Do you live close to Westerville? Then write this into your phones address book now. This veterinarian clinic has regular appointments during regular hours BUT also staffs after hour care for emergencies only ** You do not need to be a patient of record to utilize their emergency hours. *** Now, anyone who has had or has a pet knows how very special they are... and if your pets are like my pets, they just seem to get the sickest after regular hours. Caring and compassionate treatment during a most difficult time, Doctors and staff treated our Chloe, my wife and I with respect and dignity as we faced a very big decision. Although things did not turn out the way we had hoped, we were not rushed into any decision and given all the time we wanted to say goodbye. I highly recommend this office for all veterinarian needs! My family has been going to Westerville Veterinary Clinic since I was a kid and remember all our pets seeing Dr Stoutin there over the years. As an adult, I have had one fur baby who we unfortunately had to let go earlier this week at the age of almost 15, but he went to Westerville Veterinarian Clinic since he was a young pup. We also used their boarding services for years. We took our 3 month old yorkie (Kane)today for his 3rd set of puppy shots and he was treated by Dr. Damian Giancola and we just love him, he explained everything in detail, the whole team was amazing and so nice we are definitely glad to be a member.

Honestly, the best. Don't hesitate to go there. They know what they are doing, and they are honest and never cheat their customers. Definitely recommend.

I had an emergency situation and needed to find temporary boarding for my brother's animals when he suddenly became ill. Westerville Veterinary Clinic was able to see me that same day and board the pets for a few days until a temporary foster mom could take them in. They made a terribly stressful time for me and my family so much better, and took wonderful care of Lydia and Molly.
