Great white wine, classic foods, a wonderful ambience, nothing could be better than this. Such a great place and I'm glad they have stayed open.

Came here a couple weeks ago for lunch. Overall the food was ok with a good selection. I had the buttermilk chicken sando. My friend had some fresh veggies with a sandwich. The outdoor seating is nice and spacious. Service wasn't great though, that's my chief complaint. If you check out my reviews, I'm very pro-business, especially during covid-19. This place isn so BOOM! Omg I ordered takeout and got a Greek salad with Hot Grilled Chicken & let's just say, it was super tasty and amazing. I will definitely eat from here again.
Ordered tomato soup on a cold day for take out. It took close to 10 min and they made me wait outside - understood due to Covid. I walked less than a block to my house and the soup was room temperature. Overall not the best experience

The steak is fantastic !!! Great service and the Rose rocks - especially for $19 per bottle. Love all the veggies, especially the brussel sprouts and the cauliflower...
Westville is a classic NYC staple and one of my favorite dinner spots, perfect for meeting up with friends or a first date. At this point, I think I've been to every Westville location but East is where I ate last night. They did a great job with all of the covid protocols and I felt super safe eating indoors. My favorite burger in town. My go to for a burger over a salad. Staff is the best. Through covid they never stopped feeding east village great food. Stars of light in the worst times. Cookies and burgers. Yum yum

Tried the California benedict and brussel sprouts here in their outdoor dining area. All I can say is, you must try their hashed browns-- tastes like fried mashed potatoes! A new and delicious potato form!
So i'll be honest, i've been sort of avoiding this restaurant because it gave me a real hipster vibe, which for some reason put me off...even though by some standards i'd be considered a hipster myself, truly i mean. Anyways, i've now gotten take out from here twice and i feel SO SILLY for not getting food from here sooner!
