Cute little outpost of the Westville franchise. Decent American fare that's reasonably priced. The menu has a large list of "market vegetables" that would please your vegetarian friends and hearty items for your picky eaters. It stands out in the neighborhood that has plenty of international options and drinking establishments. Great place to go if you are dining with folks who can't decide what they want.

Not sure what the rave reviews are for. This place is OK and friendly. The food is simple and fine. I wouldn't avoid it, but I also wouldn't go if I didn't live nearby.

After a long night of drinking, the best hang over cure in the morning is a nice brunch place to eat at. Came here with all my hungover friends to clear our heads. The sitting area was pretty nice. We sat outside but they had set up tents to sit inside. There was enough airflow for it not be to congested. The service was not bad either. They were prompt with our orders and refilled our water whenever necessary. My go to brunch food is an egg benedict so I got the salmon egg benedict. This was actually really good. The smok... read more

Lucky find last time we visited the City & we made sure to head straight there last week when we (again) found ourselves hungry around lunchtime in Midtown. Just two blocks over from tourism central (tm) and a world apart. Our favorites: Salmon sandwich, steak & eggs, bespoke sangrias, and of course (drumroll...) the tremendous build-your-own veggie plate! Where else can you find so many vegetables your kids will adore? I'll tell you: Nowhere.

The BBQ Brisket Benedict from the brunch menu is so good! There are poached eggs on top of perfectly cooked, savory pulled BBQ brisket on top of Portuguese muffins. The eggs and hollandaise sauce actually pair really nicely with the brisket and BBQ sauce. In addition, the dish came with an arugula and marinated red onion salad, which tasted fresh and was the perfect complement to the brisket/egg combo; the salad added some light, freshness to go with the heavier, savory benedict, combining for an ideal brunch meal. The porti... read more

Food is healthy, tasty and fairly priced. Really enjoy the cozy ambiance and the accommodating staff. They're so busy b/c all the locals know what a great local haunt it is, so make reservations to ensure you get seated without a large wait.

Sometimes I feel like you need to be rich to survive Manhattan which is why the dance queens have gravitated to Brooklyn. Westville Kitchen provides a reprieve with quality food at a reasonable price. Kudos for their cinnamon Old Fashion which in my view is one of the best of Manhattan. Quality vegetables offered with the meal, your mama will be proud. Good all around and very sweet staff.

Westville is the place that you don't think of often enough but will enjoy the food every time you visit. Everything I've tried here has been good. My favorites are the roasted cauliflower salad and the vegan burger. I've had some very dry vegan patties in other, pricier brunch places but this one is truly crispy on the outside and soft inside. I also stole a bite of my friend's fried chicken sandwich. The chicken is juicy and the muffin on top was super unique and delicious. The price is reasonable for NYC and the portions ... read more

My fav go to spot on the west side, although it's a bit downtown from my apartment. Everything is fresh. The sides always shine. Service is always friendly, whether you sit at a table inside or outside or at the counter area. The rinks are great too. I'm happy to have this small chain in the area.
