Reliable, always consistent and fresh. First time at this particular location. Zero complaints. Very attentive hostess, like at the other one in the East Village. Had the California Benedict (Poached eggs on a crispy hashbrowns type fritter) with a little arugula and avo salad. Very tasty and satisfying. My brunch mates enjoyed their food, too (the Beyond Burger and Avo Toast). Westville is always an easy, delicious, clean hit with no fuss, no complications. Just order a Cobb salad for p-up and the back n is so hard it's embarrassing you would put it in a salad and charge $20. Also, the balsamic dressing has a green parsley dressing with it. Looks like they started to use it and then instead of disregarding the cup they used it anyway. I tried calling but no one is answering the phone. I was just there and they are all standing around. Very disappointing salad and to charge for it.
My order never arrived. I received a call saying the driver had arrived, but he was nowhere to be found. Fernando at Hell's Kitchen was absolutely the worst. He said he couldn't see the order in the system, then put me on hold twice and left me waiting for a long time. He didn't transfer me to the manager the second time as I requested and stopped answering my calls until I called from a different phone number. I need a refund and will be posting a complaint on Yelp. Order #5 for today, 11/3/25.

Perfect example of a great restaurant expanding and losing everything that was good about it. The original Chelsea location was a longtime favorite of mine. Waiter was in t shirt, shorts, and sneakers and thats not a huge deal but it represented the deeply average food. Salmon was barely warm. Previously well prepared and healthy sides came out looking like slop. Let's just call it franchise decline. It's just another average, bland restaurant in 2025.

The salad I had was amazing! Unique mix of flavors! I added steak for protein. I felt healthy and satisfied. I love all my visits to westville. However, I normally enjoy their happy hour drinks and the sangria I had tonight was one of the worst ever. I couldn't even finish it. I also docked another point because they charged us for an ENTIRE PITCHER of margs when my friend had one happy hour marg. I know better for my next visit!

I ordered on Uber . Received wrong order and guy took expensive order back Got food cold and late and given receipt saying food free Than later full amount appears on credit card;

At least about the eggs, Benedict. The potato pancakes are greasy. And the eggs have been either undercooked or overcooked in my experience.

Good food but horrible owners. As a local resident I supported westville during the pandemic. They had amazing delivery personnel who risked their health and lives to deliver food and keep this place open and running. I just spoke to one of their former delivery guys who told me they fired them all in favor of another platform. This is beyond cruel and a horrible business practice considering those same guys are the only reason westville survived the pandemic.
Had reservations. Waited for 10 minutes past our reservation time for our table. But 2 guys who just walked by sat down when the waitress wasn't looking and got to stay. Guy handling reservations was fairly crabby. $21 grilled chicken was dry. Mushrooms with leeks were unremarkable and mushy. Artichokes with cheese were okay. Is everyone so accustomed to mediocrity that food like this is acceptable? Eating here is akin to burning money. Don't do it.
