I have been to Westville on Hudson a few times. I work in the area and it's a great restaurant in the neighborhood. The food is delicious and the drinks are great. The service is excellent! It gets pretty busy in the evenings so try and make reservations if you can.
Westville knows how to make the most delicious food. The Hudson location is very spacious with the cutest bar where you can drink, eat, and watch tv. Their vegetable market sides are to die for. If you want to eat out but want it to be healthy and delicious this is the place to go.
I'm so used to NYC restaurants feeling cramped and like I am eating on top of somebody else's food that I don't know. This was quite the contrary. The ambience was so pleasant. Not to mention the restaurant feels like it is in an office complex type area, but when you step inside you definitely see the character. The food was excellent. Great food, good service. Exactly what I expected.
We brought our family to Westville and it was perfect for a large group! The food was great and the veggie list was awesome. The grilled chicken was too salty but other than that, it was super!
Wholesome food, wonderfully prepared. We were seated quickly, our reservation honored, despite the fact that there was a line waiting for tables. Great for families. Very fair prices and well sized portions.
Enjoyed quick lunch. Salmon cooked well with side vegetable dishes which tasted very fresh. Noise level inside quite high though as the place is packed. Maybe should have opted for the outdoor seating.
