Welcoming Place As soon as I walked in Claire Smith gave me a warm welcome into Westway and helped with everything I needed. Excellent Customer Care What a wonderful dealership! I bought my car in 2014 and my 36k or 3 year warranty has expired as I'm well over the 36k miles. I am having as issue with the clutch component for the air compressor. I was initially quoted a repair price of 250.00. Then later told 100.00 and I was satisfied with that after heartfelt discussions and much prayer. Then when I showed up this morning they surprised me with making the repairs free of charge. Truly Professional Service T C Bagley is always very friendly and helpful in answering questions about service for my vehicle. The only service needed at this time was safety and emission inspection which was taken care of promptly. I had other concerns about setting future appointments for needed repairs that were satisfactorily explained. T C is knowledgeable and a great asset to Westway Ford.

We did not feel pressured I believe one of my favorite things about Westway Ford was how they all work together!!
