Smooth truck buying experience I bought my truck through Joey Hanlon. After a few hours, I felt like I received a fair deal on my 2015 F-150. I took my truck in for a few minor flaws I found later on and the customer service department took good care of me. They filled up the truck every time I visited. I didn't have to buy gas for weeks! I recommended Westway and a friend bought a 5.0 Mustang. I will be back to buy my wife's next car.
Simply superb Everything was awesome!!!! Sales Rep was exceptional with me. Except financing part which I expected to get with 0% financing at the time when I took the car. Financing should me more clear and transparent before they hit customers credit.

Most remarkable Customer Service Experience I was completely blown away with the service I received from Brandon Goodman and Alex P. Brandon and I spoke on the phone before my arrival and when I arrived, the car I wanted to buy was already ready to be test drove in the front. I was escorted inside and was treated with the utmost respect by not just Brandon, but everyone in the building.
