Excellent Customer Service I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT premium from Westway ford around 1 month ago. After 2 weeks i was feeling vibrations and alignment issues in my car. I checked with Asst. Service Director Andrew Cossman and Service Director Harvis Grammer and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and were very polite in understanding my concern. Perfect Sales and Service My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with Frank Ford (sales) - he was a delight to work with. Frank was not pushy or rude. He seemed like he cared about making sure we were in right truck. No up-selling or just selling crap to get a sale. We did credit checks, finance paperwork and were in and out in record time. Westway Ford is lucky to have Johnny Crecy in service! I took my service to Westway Ford a couple years ago after going to another Ford dealership in Dallas for 12 years. I was looking for good service, and I wanted to see the same person on each visit. John Crecy was recommended, and I have not been disappointed. He is professional and personable. He follow ups regularly if I'm waiting on service, and he updates me frequently if I drop my car off. If he says he will call, he does. He is knowlegable and trustworthy.
