Always a pleasure John is always a pleasure to do business with when I take my truck in for service. He is friendly and makes sure the job gets done. So much that I am sure to even stop by and say hello to him if in for other reasons when shopping for vehicles or otherwise. He is the only one I will deal with in the service department and will continue to always be a repeat customer as long a he is employed here. Highly recommended to anyone who visits this service department.
Worth the trip! I had been searching online for a 2011 or newer Ford F-150 FX4 with low miles in my price range. I found the exact truck I wanted at Westway Ford. I sent an email and was contacted very quickly. I live about 3 hours away and wasn't able to see the truck for about a week. He won't steer you wrong and will help you get the car you want for the price you can afford. Westway please hire more salesman like Cory. He provided great customer service. Five Star Service I have had two experiences with John Crecy and Westway Ford's service department recently. The first was with a faulty ignition on my month-old Ford Edge. John did his absolute best to get my car repaired as soon as possible. He frequently updated me on the progress while I waited and was just overall very friendly.
