Jeff is a very ethuastic and charismatic person really made me feel at home and apart of the family at Westway Ford. I was worried that the deal we spoke about would change when I arrived but it didn't he kept his word and made it a hassle free experince most definetly will be sending my family and friends to see him.

Jose Duran was great. Not a pushy salesman, just to the point trying to make the deal work. The sales manager was questionable at first but came through in the end.
They were very kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Went up and beyond their duties to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with the Ford product that we purchased.

I had a great experience at Westway ford, Mr. Duran made it fun and easy for me to get a car....He was very helpful and gave me a great price. Everything was smooth and easy. Damon and Chris were business oriented and trusted that I would come through as I said I would. The price was excellent, and well worth the 5 hour drive to purchase.
I live in the Houston area and was having a very bad experience with a local Houston dealer. They sent me an internet quote on the exact car I was looking for but when I got there, they didn't have the car. The quote even turned out to be bogus (a "mistake").
