I own a 2005 chevy cobalt & I was in a car wreck, to the point my car was almost totaled. The repairs were done in a decen amount of time, to get my car back. Works perfect just like how it drove before the wreck. The price & the faculty was very good & very helpful. Very friendly place, I would recomend any auto/body repairs here. They won't leave you unsatisfied.
My visit to Westway Ford could not have been any better. All personell was extremely friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly and expertly. While I was at the dealership, I observed other employees assisting others who were there to get their vehicles service. One young, spanish, employee which was shuttling cars back and forth, was extremely impressive. Both Nick and Damon are outstanding people. No matter what I need they are both there to help me. Weather it be i need my Sync reset or i have any questions about my Ford Fiesta. I never get anything less than 100% customer service from both gentlemen. Ive recommended so many people to Westway because of the service i get and the service i know they will recieve is nothing but the best. I definitely feel like part of the Westway family. :)
Excellent buying experience. Damon Pompa did a great job helping me choose the right car for me. Great selection of inventory. I priced the unit all over town and Westway had the best price by far.
The entire staff at Westway Ford is always friendly and they make me feel like I am a special customer. Steve Mier explained the service that would be done, told me the approximate cost and went over the invoice when the work was completed. took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for the first oil change and tire rotation, Jerry Fisher was very helpful. They had a comfortable waiting area.

I bought my first car in August and worked with Damon Pompa, a few weeks later I was in an accident and it was totaled. After calling the insurance I also called GAP which was an insurance recommended by Mr. Pompa and it saves me over $2000 in out of pocket expenses. I them called the dealership and was set up with a borrowed vehicle I could use until my insurance was sent into to Ford Credit since my insurance didn't cover a rental car. As soon as we got to the dealership we were greeted by Mr. Mash, our salesman. We then test drove the vehicle and started the negotiation... This is where this gets interesting and actually the reason that I will definitely come back to Westway Ford.
