Omar Soto-Velasquez was very informative in showing me the Ford Fusion and Ford Taurus. It was clear to me the Fusion was a better fit for me. Definitely will recommend Omar and Westway Ford to friends and family!
The service we received from the people at this dealer ship was outstanding . We went in looking at the new trucks . They did not beat around the bush when talking to them about finances or anything . We couldn't get in to a new one but they showed us a 2011 dodge Ram which they could put us in . We had dealt with another Ford dealership which we were drug along for over a week and then didn't put us in one . They didn't even offer a used vehicle . Buying a car is very intimidating for everyone, and being a first time buyer there were alot of number being thrown around, JJ explained everything I needed to know about the car and broke down exactly how the process would go. It was nice to know I wasnt being pushed into anything I didnt need or want, I got the car of my dreams and with out having to worry about a thing! Westway really is the way to go!
JJ was so polite, he really knew all the ins and outs of the car I just got! It was refreshing to see how easily accesable the managers were at their sales bar. I feel like I git the very best deal out there, for any one looking for a car co see JJ and Westway!
I would highly recommend Westway Ford to anyone looking for excellent customer service and especially recommend the associates that helped me with purchasing a new vehicle. This was my first experience with Westway Ford and I can honestly say that they were honest with me, very courteous, and the lowest price of all the dealerships I visited. Their sales ads were not "come-ons" as I expected but they did in fact "do what they said they would do". Vincent Morris did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new ford product.
