I made an appointment with Gill Newey as she had helped me before, very effectively, with tendonopathy and bursitis in my hip. I limped in with a bruised and swollen knee, worried about a family holiday beginning at the weekend.. Gill gave my knee an excellent massage and recommended a knee brace and exercises. It was almost a miracle! Our bedroom was up 65 stairs from the car park, and we walked many miles each day!

I have had pain in my knee for 6 months and a steroid injection that had a modest impact. 2 visits with Gillian with a number of recommended exercised and the dull pain has gone. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Professional and efficient set up. Louise really helped reassure me about my injury and the sessions and follow up exercises has helped me recover from a knee ligament injury. The ultrasound scan was a bonus .

Kim was brilliant, from the very first consultation appointment to treatment, I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise. She fully explained everything she was doing during treatment and took time discussing the way forward in a very practical and logical way. She was also mindful of other health issues and took those into account. Kim made me feel comfortable and always welcomed me with a friendly smile. I will definitely use this practice again, if the need arises.

I needed Physiotherapy on a damaged shoulder that wouldn’t heal on its own. Bronwyn did an excellent job sorting it out and it’s now as good as new. I’m very happy with the service she provided.

I have been delighted with the treatment I received from Julie. My lower back was in absolute agony and frequently locked up. Julie was able to relieve the tension in my lower back and gave me a series of exercises that would improve movement, alleviate the pain and, more importantly, strengthen my lower back so as to avoid issues in the future.
