I needed Physiotherapy on a damaged shoulder that wouldn’t heal on its own. Bronwyn did an excellent job sorting it out and it’s now as good as new. I’m very happy with the service she provided.

I have been delighted with the treatment I received from Julie. My lower back was in absolute agony and frequently locked up. Julie was able to relieve the tension in my lower back and gave me a series of exercises that would improve movement, alleviate the pain and, more importantly, strengthen my lower back so as to avoid issues in the future. Thank you Julie!
Following problems with my left knee I had 4 sessions with Louise McArdle. She treated me with kindness, explained everything well and was very encouraging. It was extremely helpful to have access to the suggested exercises online. All in all a good experience!

I was suffering from a very sore and inflamed Achilles. Louise has been superb- initially with physio/massage before switching to ShockWave, the first round of which was excruciatingly painful. However, after four sessions, which became easier to bear each time, combined with daily stretching, I'm now close to pain free.
