Darren did wonders for my shoulder & then my wrist after I broke it. Gave me really good exercises which I can continue to do. Reception & admin staff all very friendly & helpful. A thoroughly good experience.

Jeremy has treated different sports injuries of mine on and off for a few years. He is so knowledgeable, works with me and truly understands my goals for recovery and how to make them a reality. Most recently he has helped me recover from invasive ankle surgery and has provided support and fantastic pragmatism to get me walking and slowly back to exercising. One of the best things is the practice has Pilates and a gym and is therefore able to provide holistic recovery solutions. Highly recommend!
