I purchased a recliing love seat in 2020 and the reclining back of one side broke after the yea warranty was up and I also a recliner before that, that did a similar thing I will never get another piece of furniture from them !!! Lori Aissen

We bought a living room set from the Manitowoc store. They convinced us to buy a warranty. Two years later we had an issue and tried to use it. Imagine of course it wasn’t covered. So as stated to us after 5 years if you don’t use they will refund you the warranty. Again a joke now they state we might to wait until when the furniture was delivered and not the date of purchase. Worst experience ever! Ordered a mattress and frame. Frame was not sturdy enough for the mattress and would squeak whenever you would move in the bed. We sent back the same frame 4x until they actually sent us a correct frame. The guys who delivered the frame told us after the third exchange that we had been sent the same wrong frame 3x. Finally called the person that actually sold us the mattress and he finally made it happen . Lots of making and unmaking the bed. I will never step in a WG&R store again!!!

Bought a recliner and a bed from them. In 6 months the recliner failed and broke breaking my wood floor and injuring me. They repaired the chair. After one year the welds on my bedframe snapped in multiple places and they would not help. I will never shop their again they sell bad products.

I purchased furniture from WG & R in 2020. The zippers on the back cushions were defective. One will not stay zipped and the other broke off completely. The manufacturer will not repair/replace unless I pay. They were other issues with the sofa that I was willing to accept. But the stuffing will NOT stay in my cushions, making the couch useless and its only 2 years old. WG & R will not stand behind the furniture they sell either!! we purchased a sealy postropedic technology mattress and adjust bed ! supposedly one of their better mattress after about we felt there was a deterioration of the mattress ! at that point we contacted wgr to examine at a cost of 35.00 to inspect i though if there inspection protocol was a bit to desired,again in the last 3 months we again had wgr over to do same 35..00 again inspection same results ? problem fells like you rolling out bed ! got no results they told me to call sealy??i didnt buy it directly from the i bought... read more

You guys did very well however I have a few unanswered questuons. 1 I got a text for the deliver and it asks me to sign in with a user name and password and I don’t have one. When I put in my email to request a password says there is no email in the program. How do I confirm? Second I was told with the insurance that if we don’t use it we would get credit for merchandise in the store but I don’t see that on the agreement
