I purchased a bed frame through their clearance center and worked with Ian W, I asked where it had came from, was it used, etc. I was told it was a discontinued floor model but was new. Yet I received my product torn up on the inside of the bed rails on both sides, staples holding down the torn fabric on one side, the other side with just loose torn fabric hanging, and mismatched nuts and bolts, and what appears to be stains on the inside fabric that you can see in the pictures. The best place to go! They have way more selection than other places. I have dealt with Shawn O. a couple of times in the last 6 months with furniture purchases. Shawn is kind, helpful, and is about the customer, and makes sure you leave happy, even if had some issues. If you have a budget, it’s met and leave with top notch items. Thank you
Worked with Salesperson Lyssa. She was great. Listened to my list of what I currently had vs what I was looking for in a new sofa and asked my budget range. She diligently showed me several pieces (both the show floor and clearance section) that fit my budget. She helped find a day to schedule delivery around my busy work week. Just shows Lyssa and WG&R are very customer oriented (Not like other furniture stores with pushy salesfolk). 10/10 recommend.
Rachael Schmid was amazing! We were in direct communication with her the entire time and she made sure we absolutely loved what we purchased! Her product knowledge and service made our experience perfect! We will be coming back to get all our furniture through her at WG&R!
We walked in and immediately JW was there ready to listen to what we were looking for. He actively listened to what we wanted and brought us to the couch he knew would work for us. He explained the differences in choices given and ultimately found the prefect couch for us. He was not pushy or just looking to make a sale.
