I regret the day we spent $1700 on a sofa at this store two years ago. In under two years the back cushions on the sofa have completely broken down, so much so, that it is impossible to sit comfortably on this piece of furniture. I contacted the Customer Service department 4 months ago to order new back cushions, which I happily offered to pay for, and was promptly advised that I could not order replacement inserts. (!!) Purchased a $1600.00 mattress about 2 weeks ago and was finally able to set it up 2 nights ago due to us setting up our new home. First night I slept on the mattress I went to bed at 2am after painting all day so didn't notice anything. Second night I slept on the bed I could not get comfortable and realized it was because my side of the mattress lacked support. We bought over $3,000 where the furniture 5 years ago not a single piece held up it's in our secondary room we are retired couple with no kids talk to the manager manager could have cared less I would rate this a zero if I could if you want quality don't shop at wg&r
