It’s very sad that I booked like 4 days in advance to be seated at the smallest table around. Food was cold and not that great. Hosts need to work on their customer service skills.
Food is great, although we went for restaurant week and there were three entrée choices, one beef, one pork and one vegetarian. When we’re placing our orders at 5:15, we were told that the beef was already gone … there was no substitution. This was the only drawback.
Food is was good but the service was terrible. The waitress didn’t even know we were here table and walked by us 10 times before she even acknowledged us for drinks . I actually heard her ask someone else if we were her table. Just not enough staff at the restaurant.
Beer was cold ribs were good but while making reservations it asked for the occasion and because it was my 75 th birthday I told them but while not looking for anything special but they didn’t say anything about it . Kinda a bummer
My husband made reservations for my bday dinner here for our weekend getaway. From the outside, it looked like a really cool spot to eat. We ordered an appetizer at the same time of ordering our entree. And although our appetizer came out promptly, by the time our entree arrived, it had been over an hour. Overpriced...food selection not impressed...music way too loud...we were sitting outside...heavy rock not conducive to a relaxing meal...would never eat at this restaurant again
Although I had a reservation I had to wait quite a long time. I think the hostess wasn’t efficient. The person ahead of me change their party from 5 to 10. She had to help rearrange the tables. She did say anything to me like we’ll be with you shortly. When she came back she didn’t apologize. The waitress and the food were great.
Our service was excellent and the vibe of the place was great. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t good. For a bbq place, the bbq wasn’t good. There was no smoke, no seasoning, and although the meats were tender (I had the sampler plate so I could try everything) nothing had any flavor or was anything that would bring me back. The atmosphere is great! The server forgot to put in one entree so one persons food didn’t get to the table till we were about to leave. Also, the bar was slow with drinks and people didn’t get drinks they ordered with appetizers until we were almost leaving. The food tasted good, burger could’ve used some salt.
