White Bear Lincoln I met with the owner and his most senior sales person. The process was painless and comfortable. Pricing was fair, car was like new. I recommend this dealer to everyone.
Excellent customer service I helped my daughter buy an '07 Infiniti G35x from WBL, and overall the experience was excellent. After negotiating a good price on the car, we were able to negotiate delivery of the vehicle - even though we live 5 hours away! We found the car to be everything as advertised, and even when we found the owner's manual missing - our salesman Tom Plank located a manual and had it shipped to my daughter! Great Service Experience I have been coming to White Bear Lincoln to have my last Licoln serviced for 10 years and have always had a great experience working with the service team. Took my new car, which I purchased at White Bear Licoln (also a great experience) in for the first oil change. Got in right away and was kept informed of the status while waiting in the comfortable lounge. The service staff and manager are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
BUY HERE! Wonderful staff and a laid back, no pressure buying process. We bought a car here last week and it was the easiest process ever! Thanks to Jim and the crew here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted my the staff. The dealer that I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable but not overbearing. The first vehicle I chose had a something wrong with it so we kept looking. Never did I feel pressured to buy. I would definitely recommend and/or return.
