Great service I just purchased a 2013 mks from this dealer and was treated great they made the buying process easy and didn't hassle me they gave me more then my trade in was worth I love there customer service and appreciate there honesty I will be buying more cars from them.
Salesman Jim Tagtow was a superstar! My wife and i came in to look at a preowned 2006 zephyr and had a fantastic experience. Our salesman Jim Tagtow went above and beyond to make sure that the typically tedious task of buying a car was as quick and painless as possible without the normal pushiness that many car salesman exhibit. In the end we got a great deal on a wonderful car at a very fair price. I would absolutely purchase from this dealership and especially Jim again!

Great salesman - Jim Adler I bought a 2013 MKZ and was fortunate that I was able to work with Jim Adler. When I showed up in the lot it was raining and blowing and Jim came out to see if I needed help. Then he walked me around in the rain and held the umbrella over me to keep me dry and not himself.
