Great experiences at WBL! I bought my Mercury Milan from Jim Adler at WBL in 2006. It's been a great car. The service manager, Jeanne, and staff (Jim, Brad) are honest about what truly needs to be done on my vehicle. The cashiers are helpful and friendly. I am a very satisfied customer.

Car buying made easy! When my car was hit by my co-worker and I was told that my car was "totaled," I didn't know what to do! I finally found a car I would be interested in and unfortunately it was sold the weekend before but Rich told me he would sell me another Fiesta for less than the price online and it only had 3600 miles on it! Roll out the red carpet! Wow! I bought a new Navigator and when my plates came in the whole team came out to help put the plates on and one of the head sales guy even washed the truck for me!! Jim Tagtow my sales guy saw me coming and opened the garage door immediately. During the sales process he made everything quick and simple. No problems! If this is the treatment I am always going to get, I will be a loyal customer for a long time!!
