RecommendedWhite Oak coiled around my garage door. The work was very good. Sales was very good. The guy that performed the job was very courteous and professional. The time necessary to get the materials for the job was lacking. From contract signing to end of job was 3 months. To be honest, I was getting kinda nervous. A phone call at 2 months would've been nice. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend White Oak for future upgrades. Mike Snoddy
RecommendedWhite Oak was great from the start! They took time to listen and learn what we were wanting. They were upfront and honest about their value in customer relationships and doing a good job. When it came time for our new windows, the team did a great job of communicating with us. They ran into a few hiccups that caused them to not finish the job in the time they thought. They kept us in the loop and came back out and finished the job! Our windows look great and the customer service was awesome!

For my experience, working with White Oak has been a high point in 30 years of home ownership and all the repairs and projects it brings. RecommendedThe sales team was very polite and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. The installers were punctual and polite. I had a little issue with one window several hours after the installers left. Called the company. Sent a picture to my sales rep of the window issue. He was very helpful. Installers showed up 1st thing the next morning, fixed it and it has been perfect since then! Would highly recommend them!!
RecommendedThey were on time and efficient. Little mess was made in the yard and cleaned everything spotless upon leaving. I have a tough pitch and lots of companies didn't want to tackle this roof. The neighbors couldn't believe how quick they were from start to finish. I've already had many compliments on the aesthetics of its appearance and in being a 120-year-old home, that was important to me. Thanks, White Oaks.
