Disregarded no solicitation & no trespassing signs at the door.
Maybe don’t show up at my grandpas house for over 3 hrs trying to convince him to buy $4193 gutters at $109 a month for 54 months. You can buy a fucking Dodge Challenger for that price. And speaking about Dodge Challengers maybe train your salesmen to not ask the grandson of said grandpa to sell their car to pay for it. What the actual fuck. Literally trying to prey on the elderly. And this isn’t the first review I’m seeing like this.
Salesmen from this company came knocking on my elderly mom's door trying to sell her their products. After yapping and badgering her for over an hour they finally conned her into letting them put covers on her gutters which they charged her over $3,000 for, while making her believe she was getting some kind of secret deal on. We have repeatedly asked this company to stop coming to our home and stop calling us. Despite our clear requests, and even after telling them over the phone to stop, they argued with us and continued to pressure us. They still show up at our door, ignoring our “No Soliciting” sign. This shows a lack of respect for our privacy and our boundaries. Their services are neither wanted nor needed at our home.
I do not recommend this company. Such a strange experience!! Agreed to schedule a free quote appt with this company. We scheduled with them for 5:30, but this dude arrived early and was at our house until 10:30 at night. He was PERSISTENT with making a sale! He only left at 10:30 finally because we kicked him out after trying to guilt trip us for questioning this “amazing deal” being offered. After he left, I was literally questioning if that entire experience really just happened!
They did a partial vinyl siding for us. The new stuff was blowing off while the old stuff held strong. They said we would have to pay them again to get it fixed. For the ridiculous price I was hoping they would stand by their work.
Had someone knocking at the door like crazy, answered thinking it was a neighbor, but it was this company. They said they were doing free quotes to bring in business and noticed our gutters didn’t fit with our metal roof so I figured why not. Just had two guys out for a gutter job quote. While looking around, they start quoting me for other jobs around my house that I did not ask for. When we went inside to go over everything, they requested to use my restroom. When they came out, immediately started asking questions about my bathroom. After sitting down, they offered $15k to do my gutters and after telling them no multiple times, they dropped the price down to $5k take it or leave it.
