After seeing a White Oak sign on a house in my neighborhood, I called for an estimate on two roofs. The gentleman from White Oak explained the process,I have never made a Home-owners insurance claim before. Away we went. The job was done a day early. The job was done on budget. I had a salesperson show up at my door uninvited at 5 p.m., saying they were doing work in the neighborhood. After listening to him explain for nearly ten minutes that there were “no obligations,” he eventually asked if I wanted a free roof inspection. I told him the roof didn’t need repairs, but he insisted, so I agreed. He then started asking about my schedule, whether I had a wife, who lived with me, and when we were home.
