Just had my Lasik done by Dr. Whiting on Friday morning. Thank you so much! Seeing perfect and having a quick recovery :) The whole experience was fantastic and have no complaints. From my father-This place use to be very friendly. Several years ago I paid good money to have my son get his eyes fixed. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The staff was outgoing and attentive. The guest waiting lounge was amazing with complimentary coffee and sweets. Now post Covid - this place was terrible today. *Warning*. Dr. Whiting is no longer at the clinic, all that original super staff left! The doctor there isn’t even comfortable doing my enhancement that Dr. Tanya said was no problem. I think anyone that has had issues since last year should give bad reviews on Yelp and every where else! Whiting got screwed out of his practice.
They do not return calls from past patients!!!
If you asked me my opinion before the COVID pandemic, I had only great things to say about this clinic. I had my third surgery (after complications after a lasik touch up) and was set to have my post op in August 2020. I was advised to call to schedule, but cannot get a clinical representative on the phone. I have placed over 6 calls to the office, but it is outsourced to a call center. They say the same thing. No call backs and no follow ups for existing customers no after care as promised
Can someone please get back to me? It’s very upsetting being unable to reach the clinic for months to see if I could get a revision with NO response but see that they still seem to be doing new surgeries without providing any sort of aftercare or taking care of patients with complications. This was not a small amount of money for me and I feel taken advantage of. I would advise those considering lasik to go somewhere else ..
