I got LASIK in 2016 and have been trying to schedule an apt for a revision for months now and cannot get through to anyone at the Whiting Clinic. They are sending calls to a third party answering service that "can only send emails to Whiting" and they claim they also do not have Whiting Clinics direct number. I should not have paid the extra money for a lifetime of enhancements to a company who cannot fulfill this promise.
Ive been trying to reach someone at the clinic for months with no response. very scary to have had surgery here with no follow up
THEY WILL IGNORE YOU!!!!! They only talk to you to get your surgery but after GOOD LUCK!. Been calling and emailing for months and no one is answering or returning. I went to another clinic to do my annual follow up to keep my lasik touch up warranty but they will not confirm if they've receivedy annual check up. This is ridiculously unprofessional and horrible. I shouldn't be penalized If I need a warranty touch up because you can't even acknowledge or respond. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been calling and leaving voice messages starting on 10/02/2020 . My twin sister and I had eye exams completed elsewhere and have been trying to have Whiting Clinic confirm they've received our eye exam records from our 10/02/2020 visit for both myself and my twin sister's eye enhancement plans which is required to be provided every year in the event you need a touch up (we had our Lasik done in 03/2019). I had lasik done to my right eye in April of 2019. It was a great experience however my eyesight in my right eye has been getting worse... to the point that I can barely see out of it. I now live in Texas and have been in MN visiting since August 24th. I have called 5 times and have left a message each time with no response from anyone at Whiting. I go back to Texas on October 10th and am hoping that I can get a doctor to call me before I go.
My husband and I have had a consult scheduled for months and 4 days before my appointment I got a text that it’s cancelled due to a sale of the clinic. I’m gathering that the sale hasn’t been pleasant but what a way to treat your new patients. I won’t be back and will definitely won’t be recommending.
It’s frustrating! I had lasik there a month ago. I have called to schedule my one month check up and nobody calls me back. Rude! But they continue to do procedures? So they will continue to do surgery but not make good on post op care.
Had Lasik in June, I am trying to reschedule my follow up exam and cannot get anyone to return my call.
